   Penny Lane Realty started its operations with Moscow high-end residential and commercial real estate in 1993. Then the company's principal business was focused on leasing superior apartments to the personnel of foreign Company's and Embassies.

   In 1995 Penny Lane Realty started to offer services related to leasing and selling countryside real estate in prestigious areas of Moscow's suburbs. Penny Lane Realty became the leading operator in the non-residential property sector, promoting the best business centers in the capital.

   In 1996 "Penny Lane" Exquisite Interior Studio was opened to offer the services of leading experts in construction, design and interior renovations. Since 1998 the company has offered Acquisition & Disposition (A & D) services for choice apartments in Moscow's best living quarters.

   2001 saw the newly formed Department of Commercial Real Estate to focus on operations with retail space.

   Also by 2001 Penny Lane Realty had transformed into one of that rare breed of companies in Russia capable of offering a comprehensive package of real estate services through an integrated approach to solving tasks of any sort from premises selection to investment consulting and development.
